Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel or move a live session from your dashboard up to 24 hours before it starts. Cancelling in that window refunds you in full, automatically.

Inside 24 hours, message Isot on Discord. Refunds inside the window are at Isot's discretion.

UK law gives you 14 days to cancel a service you buy online. When you book, you ask for the session to happen within those 14 days. Once the session has happened, the cooling-off right no longer applies. If you cancel before it happens, you're refunded in full.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up in 5 to 10 working days.
