Terms

These terms cover coaching sessions sold on coachisot.com by [Isot's legal name or business name], based in the United Kingdom.

A booking is a contract for a coaching service: a live session on Discord, a live VOD review on Discord, or an async VOD review delivered as a recording or written notes.

You need a Discord account to book. Sessions happen over Discord voice. If you don't show up within 15 minutes of the start time, the session counts as used.

Coaching is advice. Rank results depend on you, and no specific rank gain is promised.

Prices are set in GBP. The amount in your currency is calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay.

Isot may cancel a session. If that happens you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.
